We have an older home with two furnaces, both medium efficiency. They are too expensive to be replaced and we are unsure how long we will live here. Acclaimed! service person was punctual, informed and honest. Some parts of the furnaces could be cleaned. A few others needed replacement. We were shown the parts and kept informed throughout. We made the decisions about what was done.Furnaces are spared for another year and we are very grateful
