We need to get our HVAC system inspected once per year (it’s part of the furnace’s warranty). This is our first house, and our first inspection, so we knew very little about how such a system is supposed to work. The technician, Wayne, was very professional and took the time to answer all of our questions, as well as telling us where we could find further answers if needed. He seemed quite knowledgeable and moved about the system with ease, identifying and explaining any problems/issues he came across.

It’s highly likely we’ll use Acclaimed again when we need an inspection again next year.
