Acclaimed! recently installed my new furnace. I highly recommend them. Luc Bouffard went above and beyond to help me. The existing external vents needed to be replaced to meet code, but access was difficult due to the height of the building. After determining a lift would not reach and scaffolding would be too expensive, Luc solved the problem by blocking the old vents and installing new ones within reach of the balcony. His solution was effective, met code, and saved me thousands of dollars. Despite the extra time and effort they honoured the original estimate. The installers were friendly, professional and efficient. They arrived on time, explained everything in detail, and left my place cleaner than they found it. Thank you Acclaimed!

We first encountered Acclaim Heating and Cooling two years ago. We called another company who came out to clean the furnace and they told us that we would have to spend around a thousand dollars to repair some parts on the furnace. We decided to get a second opinion and called Acclaim, We explained the situation and they sent out a repairman who went in cleaned the furnace, and replaced one part saving us about six hundred dollars from the original estimate. Since then we have used Acclaim to do our cleaning of air conditioner and furnace, and we have always had good, friendly service, who takes the time to explain as they work. Since using Acclaim we have not had any surprises during the cleaning. We will not use any other company other than Acclaim, they are honest and reliable.

From the moment Camren and Max showed up they were very professional. They took extremely good care of our newly renovated home. Putting mats down, corner protectors, etc. They explained what they were doing and answered questions with no hesitation. They took extra time to ensure every duct was very clean before moving on to the next one. They ensured everything was clean before leaving. They might not be the cheapest company for pricing but the work they did is worth the extra cost. I highly recommend this company for furnace cleaning.
