It was pleasantly refreshing to start my week discussing potential options and solutions within the context of my specific HVAC needs and interests, and not simply generic phrases from product brochures. Reading brochures is a skill most customers have; developing optimized solutions requires talent, knowledge, and expertise customers need, which Luc demonstrated. Our furnace unexpectedly stopped working, and thankfully they were able to find a way to fit us in on extremely short notice. The service technician was very courteous and helpful. Overall, amazing customer service and I’d definitely recommend them!

Acclaimed put in a new furnace for me two years ago, & just recently I had them come back to service the furnace and clean my air ducts. All the service people in the office and the technicians that came to my place were very professional, easy to talk to, answered all of my questions, put down coverings for the floors when & where appropriate, offered to take off their foot wear ( and some did anyways). My furnace is out on my balcony and since the foot wear was dry and clean I said it was okay to just walk the short distance in their boots etc.

We need to get our HVAC system inspected once per year (it’s part of the furnace’s warranty). This is our first house, and our first inspection, so we knew very little about how such a system is supposed to work. The technician, Wayne, was very professional and took the time to answer all of our questions, as well as telling us where we could find further answers if needed. He seemed quite knowledgeable and moved about the system with ease, identifying and explaining any problems/issues he came across. It’s highly likely we’ll use Acclaimed again when we need an inspection again next year.

When my furnace failed, Keven came out right away and did a thorough inspection. He recommended that I needed to get a new furnace and gave me a detailed estimate. Acclaimed provided electric heaters while waiting for my new furnace. Right on time, a few days later, Michael and Julian arrived to install the furnace. They were exceptionally professional and knowledgeable, keeping me informed with their progress. I am extremely happy with my new high efficiency furnace and would not hesitate to recommend Acclaimed in the future. Thank you also to Karly for her excellent communication.

Kevin and his team did a great job. Everyone we dealt with at Acclaimed were professional and courteous. The invoice matched the quote exactly, and the product works great. Also, when Kevin prepared the quote, he actually suggested a lower priced unit than I thought we needed. I would wholeheartedly recommend Acclaimed to family and friends.

We have an older home with two furnaces, both medium efficiency. They are too expensive to be replaced and we are unsure how long we will live here. Acclaimed! service person was punctual, informed and honest. Some parts of the furnaces could be cleaned. A few others needed replacement. We were shown the parts and kept informed throughout. We made the decisions about what was done.Furnaces are spared for another year and we are very grateful
